Last night I was watching the movie Batman Returns, again, for the umteenth time. Any way - heard it many times over but it means something new to me now.

"It's not what's underneath that defines you, it's what you do."


I am a problem drinker underneath. But, I can only be defined as a problem drinker if I drink in excess or beyond the limits I set for myself. If I don't, I am not. How simple, in words. I am thinking that it can be that simple in life also. I just have to tell myself that it is so, and then believe that it is so. It will take time.

Hi mdb, yes to me that makes sense ....

I havent stopped drinking altogether, but have set myself new limits, I will NEVER drink alone like i used to, and it has worked so far this year ... so far so good.
