Well maybe you need to do that or if you are only using MWO then commit to checking in four and fives times daily for months until your quit is solid.

I don't know if I can do f2f, I live in a very small town and really don't trust anyone, everyone knows your business if you know what I mean.

I know you had a good run back awhile, knuckle down and make that commitment again, checking in often for a long time works.

You know it only gets worse.

Come back to the nest Mya and start again forgetting the past. It is past.
