    red nose,

I hope you feel better in the morning. The physical withdrawal will not last much longer, and once it's over, it's over. On to the next step in your transformation. You have a great atitude, keep it going!

Hiya! It gets better I asked the same question a couple weeks ago and Running courage said " Whatever you want to do!". Its definatly annoying at. Times, but as the sober hours go by, you realize more and more that it was so worth it! So I'm passing on that message ...that and vitamin. B,C,D. I found significant impovents in my mood with these. Like butterflies and daisies lol! Everyones diffrent but worth checking out

Am I reading this correctly or are my eyes smartphone-bugged out?! You've been a member since 2006?! When was the book written? You're older than Cinders! LOL!

More great words of wisdom from some of the senior citizens around here...
I will be sober so I can be clear and remember being a mommy and so I can be in the best place God wants to place me. I will be here! now! FREE! 12.5mg Topamax AM&PM, Ativan until safe from withdrawal syndrome & for anxiety. Thank God I Am Done!

Right there with you Pixie! I've been here since 2007... more outta here than in here like you

I'm remember so clearly following RJ's program religiously and making wonderful headway, moderating, going AF. I had a terrific, supportive Dr. Who provided me with free topamax samples... And then my husband said to me one day, "you'll never make a social drinker out of an alcoholic..." didn't take much for me to crumble :eeks:

              :l:h

PS the one thing I did not do was follow this forum AT ALL. Didnt read or post. Nothing. I think I thought you weren't supposed to really do that have no idea why I thought that!
