But their cigarettes were always stale and I hated that part. Haha. Ugh!

Or "guys" if you spread your purchasing around town so no one knows... Dang - the sneaky behavior makes me nearly as mad as the stupidity of getting into this trap! I have loved not feeling guilty or sick for almost 2 weeks!!!
I see we had the same technique, Cathy! cathysgottastop;1457469 wrote: Me too as a matter of fact I was just looking back at me and how I would alternatre stores where id get my beer because I didn't want them thinking. Weren't u just here yesterday? I had it down to a science ughhhh

I thought I was slick and the panicky feeling if I got home and didn't have what I needed for the night once I got started. I hated that feeling cause 1 good thing I never got in the car to go get more so most tines id drink my hubbys beer secretly so mine would last longer through the night. How smart I thought I was. {A

Cathy, I worked in Ohio for a couple of years and prior to going there, I had never seen a drive thru beer store where you actually drive THROUGH the building.
Where I live now, the liquor store is only a five to seven minute walk away. I also felt self-conscious going in there on a daily basis, but I didn't really care after a while. Yesterday I found yet another plastic pint bottle of vodka I had hidden in some heavier winter clothes. I came across it since we are having a cold snap here in Florida. I wonder how many more I will find. Today was recycling day though, and I didn't have to feel self-conscious pulling the containers to the curb since there were no beer cans or wine and liquor bottles in it.

Awww I know the feeling. Monday mornings when the trashman came and they threw that large hefty bag in you could hear all the bottles going in the trash truck it was soooo louc I swaer the neighbood could hear. And they'd always have to grind up the trash whenever they left my house. How embarassing. Eeks! I don't think I have any hidden bottles though.

I'm really glad to hear you doing so well Cathy. :goodjob:
I've done all that too. The cringing at the garbage truck, and sharing the benefit of my business amongst all the bottle shops in the area. Luckily I pass about 20 of them when I do my usual errands so it's not too hard to spread my largesse around.
Hunger is a huge trigger for me - probably the worst one. I realised the other day that I'm so used to drinking instead of eating that most of my cravings are probably just normal hunger pangs.
Hang in there and let us know how you're doing. There's two ways of looking at the holes in your shoes
You can dig the ventilation... or you can sing the blues
I didn't come this far to only come this far.
