Thanks so much k9. I think one trick for me is to just keep myself busy with the real stuff. When my mind wanders and I get thinking its bad. Someone once told me an idle mind is the devils playground and I'm really believing that. Keep busy. Haha

I had to laugh this week though on Wednesday night I thought wow ill do something different tonight instead of going home making dinner and drinking. I called up a beauty salon and made a 5 o'clock appt. I got there early and had to wait half hour before I got my hair cut. While I waited I listened to a woman complaining to her sylist About her husband. How he is always out of town on business in europe in china etc. Once she got done complaining about her husband she moved on to complain about beyoncel and her superbowl performance and complained about what she wore. Etc. I thought to myslef my goodness that woman needs to chill and mAde me feel good about myself that I'm not that petty. Haha
