Welcome aboard Jimmy, jump right in the water is fine.

You made two wise choices, giving up the AL and coming here for support. There is more knowledge and experience on this board than anyone could ever use.

Someone is, or has been in the exact same place you are at the moment. The trick is to read, post, and or ask questions, you will get an answer, that is a promise.

If you are "truly" ready for this, it will work, wont be easy, but it will be worth it, and it gets easier over time.
