I gave up smoking over 3 months with the patches and never really missed it that much, I can stop drinking for a while but deep down must miss it as I always go back.
So I figure over 3 months gradually reduce the strength then the days
No wine or vodka just 5% beer for 2 weeks- started that and I do miss the vodka but its easier than nothing at all.
Then mix 5% and 4% beer for 4 weeks + start to reduce the a/f days
Then just 4% beer for 2 weeks
Then over 4 weeks reduce the days even more
Then 12 weeks A/F
Anyone ever tried this I must say I feel better after no vodka or wine for 4 days my skin it better to
