Eventually you will get back into the kitchen without the overwhelming craving...just give it time. I can sit anywhere in my living room now! LOL That may sound silly but I swear I could not sit in my "spot" without a drink! In fact, my new spot is much more comfortable because I can recline without spilling a drink...much more comfy!
