Day 16 for the 311 Gang

Day 16. It has to be a good thing when I start losing track of the AF days, right? Today I feel I am sliding fast into April (literally with the snow and ice on the ground), and my thoughts are less and less on my secret shot. The desire jumps in at random moments- usually moments of disappointment or stress. The moments where I think I deserve to drink because of (fill in the blank). The cravings pass, and I deal with my hurt feelings in other ways.

Day 16 for the 311 Gang

Halfway, wow we are in sync, we both started the 311 gang thread at the same time this am.I'm taking it as a sign we are on the path to success in reaching our 30 day goal. Know what you mean in regards to having a celebratory drink, trying to find other ways to treat myself.Have a great day.
