Morning. I am very happy to report that I am still AF. My cravings are down considerably from Sunday and Monday, and I am feeling good. Can it really be only five more days until I reach my goal? What then? Continued vigilance? Actually, I hope to challenge myself in other endeavors. My addiction to alcohol kept me from me for too many years.
