I'm so proud of you guys! At 30 days, do me a favor. Get together and compile a few things that really helped you succeed - tips and tricks, so to speak. The more you can find that you all used at one time or another they better. Then post them in the toolbox for others. It's a great way to give back.

I'll be waiting to "see" you all in your hats!

Day 27. Thanks for all of the support. I am beyond excited and know that I have 30 days free in the palm of my hand. Siren, I promise I will get some thoughts together on things. I can't believe that I am so close, so don't want to jinx myself. Cravings still are in that little pocket of my brain. So annoying.

Thanks free, and siren for all the positive support and energy, a great idea to write some notes in the tool box, I will most definitely do that after the 30 day mark! I can't wait!!

Just wanted to give an extra special thankyou to halfway, I know that halfway's every day posts were a key component in keeping me from slipping... it held me accountable to make every day an AF day...
I am so happy there is another thread for an AF April , I will be posting there every day after our day 30 celebration, am hoping halfway will join as well..
For me, becoming AF is an every day battle, but I am determined to win for me and my family, I keep telling myself we are worth it!
