I will definitely join you. I've been at this for a few years, and while I've had some success, I still have not completed a full 30 day stretch. That is going to change! Looking forward to spending May with this group!

DAY 1. I will give MAY AF a try! I went AF last summer (May 17 - Aug 17) and felt great. I have to go out to a work function tonight - hopefully I will only have soda!! Good luck all.

To ya'll my name is inchy. I am an alcoholic - and priority number one is making it to the end of this day AF. No excuses.

Count me in. Today is day 17 for me and this is the perfect place to celebrate the joyful river of life we are already dipping our toes into. I want May to be the month that brings me to my first Day 30 since I joined almost 4 years ago. For me this is a permanent thing. I never want to go through another minute like the millions of minutes I've wasted fighting this demon.

My goal is to simply become more conscious of my minute by minute choices that, as a whole, make up my days, weeks and months; my life.

So glad to join this thread.
