Going for AF Today / New CDs?

I've decided today I want to try for AF. There is no reason I shouldn't and my body could sure use a day without alcohol.

I wondered if anyone had purchased both the old and new CDs, and if they think it is worth spending the money for the new ones. I have the old CDs and use them regularly, but they aren't "perfect" and wondered if I should spring for the new ones?

I dont have the CD's yet, but think of it as a bottle or two of wine..or beer, whatever your poison may be. It never hurts to try them!
