Hi all, well l started off really well and did two nights without a drink then l succumbed and bought a bottle of wine. I have reduced my intake though and manage now not to finish the bottle. So on a posiitve note l had two AF days last week and the week before. I have bought the book and l am reading it now, l am going to get the supplements. I have real reservation about the Topo as it is a epilepsy drug and l work in that field and know the long term effects of epilepsy drugs. However the weight loss benefit would be really good as l need to loose a stone and a half. Does anyone know if l can borrow these CDs from the library or copy them from someone who already has them. They are very expensive and l cant afford them right now. Would love to hear from anyone thanks.:thanks:
