Somehow today I have to make it day one AF

    Hi Red!

Good job on making it through the day. I agree that those are some beautiful doggies...I bet they wouldn't mind "listening" to you when you need to talk. My dog knows things about me that nobody else will EVER know! LOL

Stay full, hydrated and rested. You will get through this. Remember those 18 days and how great you felt...and be assured that with even more time, you'll keep feeling better and better.

Stick close to us...we are all rooting for you!!!

    Love,
    K9
:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

Hi Red! So glad to see you back.

I stuffed my face with all sorts of naughty things -/QUOTE] :H

LOVE IT! I ate so many bad things and enjoyed every minute of it!

I hope you don't waste time beating yourself up too much Red. Alcohol for me was the punishment and the prize! That way no matter which way I turned I made it useful for me. But it was all just a big fat lie. It was killing me, literally. It finally got to the point where I had to decide: is this shitty substance that never delivers on the bliss it promises worth my very life? I realize this is a bit dramatic, but for alcoholics is it ultimately true. Marry yourself to it long enough and it will destroy you.

The fact is that you deserve to free of this and be happy Red. The first few weeks are not fun, but doable. And there is always meds as Kuya mentioned. We are here for you. MWO is such a powerful resource. You know you have a dedicated cheerleading squad behind you right?!? :yougo::yougo::yougo:

Reach out whenever your feeling weak and we'll go through the rough patches with you.

        All the best, P.
