      Hey all, a quick note to let you know that I'll be out of contact for a couple of days. Lots of meetings and then straight to the airport for 16 hours in transit over two days-- oh joy. But, I'll check in when I can to report that I am still AF in June. Keep posting!

              Feeling quite nervous today as its a public holiday here & also its day 3 for me but saying that i am going to keep myself busy busy busy as well as keeping myself close to here.
              I have gone 30 days a few times before so i know i can do this again
              I know its early days for me but it feels really good to wake up in the mornings feeling normal and wanting to do things instead of feeling sorry for myself

                  And me too, Jenniech!!! Had a dinner party tonight, and while others drank had my sparkling water and in fact did not even have a craving to drink, had a brief thought that maybe this does actually get easier... Keep on the AF train everyone.:l

                              Day 3 nearly done. ....... Yey
                              I actually went for a bike ride which i have not done in about a year, but my bum feels like it has swollowed the bike seat. .....lol
