As for weight, I'm with Jennie. Focus on getting AF, the rest can come later.

Well nearly at the end of day 4 & to be honest its been a really bad day work wise & my personal life is not much better but guess what. .... Im still a/f so thats a big well done to me & i can quietly say that i am quite proud of myself
