      you guys have inspired me....I am going to go for a run before i have to head into the city for a meeting....and I CAN go for a run and not feel like I will black out or throw up because I am blissfully hangover free!!

        Free, just read your post and realized it is my 3 month's anniversary today! Couldn't have done it without the 311 gang inthose early days.             Again, congrats, Halo. I think you should write up some tips for the tool box (and the June thread) on how you reached this milestone.

            Also, I noticed that you don't seem to count days, which I found made me more anxious that if I just worked on each day. Curious about your thoughts on this as well.

              Feeling good this morning although all this talk about running makes me feel very lazy. ....lol i wish i had the time for exercise, mind you looking after 3 boys is all the exercise i can handle. ... Lol

                Hey guys....it's good to see we are doing well! Halo.....congrats on 3 months!!!

                We are expecting really bad weather tomorrow and I'm nervous. Hopefully it won't be as bad as they predict. Ill try to login tomorrow if I can. Hope everyone has a great evening.

                        While I didn't like being sick last weekend and the beginning of this week, it was amazing how much better I dealt w/ it mentally because I wasn't feeling stupid and guilty for having (again) brought feeling poorly on myself. Also --- not everything is a fall-out from AL! Turns out I really do just have morning headaches sometimes -- who would've even known???

                        I hope you're feeling better, Free. I know around here it is a high-pollen year.

                            Free, ronnie,no sugar, witts end, miley, jenniech, great to see everyone is doing well!

                            Hope those allergies clear up free they can be really irritating, runny nose and eyes and such.

                            Very positive thoughts in the June thread, keeping me on the straight and narrow as I am heading away for the weekend without husband and kids. Normally this would entail me drinking to total absolute excess and oblivion, as I felt momentary free from responsibilities, however I'm looking forwayd to an AF, relaxing and rejuvenating weekend, with no hangover and a reprieve from the guilt/remorse/shame brothers (as byrdie calls them!). Keep up the awesome path everyone!
