Ann pretty much summed up my list. Better sleep is at the top of my list which directly translates to having better, productive days.
I also have a new outlook in life, making future plans and setting long and short term goals.

No worries driving the morning after, wondering if there is still alcohol in my bloodstream.
Being available at night instead of unconscious.
Not being afraid* all the time.

*Afraid of living, dying, getting sick, not getting sick enough.....all the stuff that I used to obsess about every waking moment. It's all gone!

The waking-up early stuff I can do without actually! Four-thirty-freaking-AM every bloody day is a bit much to be perfectly honest. :H

Clearing the haze left by an AL fog to suddenly see the rays of sunlight reaching out to me, calling me to a better place, a place made for me, a place of peace.

                Thank you
Allen Carr’s book changed everything for me. The easyway to control alcohol. Highly recommended

I never worry about how I will get home.
I always remember conversations I had the night before.
I never worry about what I've said the night before.
I can make a plan the night before and fulfill it the following day.

Being able to remember what you did and said the night before.
No matter how far you go or how fast you run, you can't get away from yourself. ....said at an AA meeting. It stuck with me.
