    I am a sheep in the very last line

    I finally found sheep that I can relate to

    I'm glad to be here with you, spending much time

    In pursuit of what I'm sure will be a breakthrough

    Don't ever be sorry. I feel the same excitement and am glad to have you here!
    Good luck keep us posted. It was a breakthrough for me when I thought there was no hope of having a "normal" life. I couldn't be happier to be here.

      Thanks for your reply, Twins -

      I'm going to try Topamax, as well - and all the supplements - and I've already started exercise (I was once in really good shape, until I hurt my back and put on ten pounds).

      It taken a while for me to try this - your post is encouraging.

        Hi Rebel, never apologise for posting too much, When I found this site the first thing on my mind when I woke up was my first drink, Now its getting up and turning on the pc to see what has been happening here....

        Use this place to help you as and when you need it, and I look forward to seeing many more of your posts ......
