i am slipping. OK i am going to start checking in more. I was doing so good. Kids are camping with their dad this week and so it puts me in too easy of a situation to overindulge and it makes it easier to cope with missing them.
ok today when i leave my office and i am going to get back on track and get some stuff done around the house. i have too. i am stepping backwards and i dont like i one bit.
