If you can keep alive how wonderful those mornings after an AF night feel, it will really help you stay on track. After several months, I have grateful thoughts about that first thing each morning. I still feel the relief and hope that I always do .

Hi and welcome wsb. Im not drinking today. Ive had my son worrying about me when ive been drunk...he hates me drinking. I got a serious wakeup call on saturday..wont go into it...but ive got to stop. Im going to ride thru the cravings and distract myself with anything other than pouring the poison down my neck. All the best. B xx

How great to hear I'm in good company, what a great distraction, going to buy a boat.!!!!!

I felt so good this morning I got up early and took myself to walk down our local pier 11/4 miles out to sea. Realise what I've been missing.

Just got to keep going one day at a time.
