How lucky are you gardener with all those great veg, I've got two runner bean plants and three tomatoe plants !!!!!
Hope you got your answer to the l glutamate, but as I said under the general section on this site there is a thread all about amino acids.

Hiya Tink, I'm not really having craving problems, only when I have a trigger. Don't think there's anything you can take for that - just have to deal with it. Was just curious about the glutamates. Off to work now, enjoy your veggies Tink!

Hope your all having a good day, and counting those days away.

It's been beautiful weather hear today so took my mum to the beach which was great. But why is it that everywhere you look people are out in force with a glass of wine in their hand. I can't say I'm actually craving a drink just have to remind myself I don't do that anymore. Had a bad evening yesterday, but got through it and had a great day today. Just remind myself it's just one day at a time.

No one said its plain sailing hidden goal, sure you will get back on track, I m sure you not the first and won't be the last.

Not sure about your toms beagle, perhaps they need feeding, mine are really late. Gardeners the one to ask for veggies.
