Calling all Aussie's!
Well golly gosh!
GG - I shall PM you my 1,000 word dissertation on Vegemite as the topic seems to be offensive to this section of the forum.
For goodness' sake Rags and Irish - don't we have daily posts that are perhaps in the wrong category? Check GG's number of posts - maybe she is still finding her way around? And please ... let's not start correcting each other's grammar. I'd like to think we're more gracious than that.
Good Friday to you all.

Calling all Aussie's!
Hi GG et al!
Wrong place or not I was enjoying the banter, so please keep posting - it's good to have something lighter now and again - I also had an ex-husband who as an educator insisted on correcting my oh so passionate love letters - made me feel like c--p so if I have to worry about grammar here I'm also in trouble!
So back to the all important questions of Marmite or vegemite - sorry GG -has to be the marmite - on warm toast dipped into boiled eggs!
Happy Friday all! The sun's shining, it's Easter weekend so enjoy:rays: Arial

Calling all Aussie's!
By the way if any have read my posts, you have noticed that I cannot spell to save my life, I don't keep Webster's on my desk. But I do own one, perhaps one day I'll use it. It is just that my mind runs faster than I type so errors will happen. And if I'm using the laptop upstairs, the router is downstairs sometimes there is a blip in comunication between the 2 so words are left out
Great day to all

Calling all Aussie's!
when I was a lad in Aussie-land I discovered yet a third mysterious incantation of the yeast-spread variety: Promite
I confess that I always keep a jar of Marmite in the cabinet. Wife won't get anywhere near me when I'm eating it on crackers..smell turns her green, poor thing! Mind you here in the US we don't have Sayo crackers here...just crackers....alas.nosce te ipsum
