Try melatonin. You can get it at gnc.. It was a godsend when I was detoxing. I would take up to 6mg when desperate.Comment

Doing so much better thanks for asking. I think taking the vitamins, pedialyte and smoothies have helped tremendously. I did the magic broth for 3 days, that could have really helped. However, I think for myself I enjoyed the green smoothies more. It has been nice walking around w/o sea legs and the fog in my head has cleared.
It seems like every few days there has been something going on. Thursday night our dog started to throw up. At first I just thought she had a upset stomach. It continued thru friday. She was very lethargic. Took her to the vet and her cancer finally caught up to her. She lived a year past her initial diagnosis. Zoe we love ya! Thanks for being a wonder friend for 13 years.
