    Sam,
ps: Sanchez, Sober Revolution a good book?

About a lady's addiction to wine and her journey to being af. To me it's like looking in the mirror. It's reinforcing that my relationship with al and particularly wine is over. My original thought of someday being able to moderate is just simply not going to happen. I'm on chapter 5 I think, but she really digs deep into what our subconscience is thinking and rationalizing and how al is always trying to lure us back. Very insightful and finding it to be yet another tool. I downloaded it from Amazon to my Kindle.

Must get that book. Met a guy tonight to talk bout addiction. He's a survivor of alcohol addiction I want to be too. Think he's going to be my sponsor. I flt this morning a bit down like I was losing a friend. Well alcohol was the worst friend I ever had. What a toxic relationship that was. I'm glad IT'S OVER! Alcohol I've broken up with you. You're dumped!
Read your story Sanchez in the other thread bout what the waitress said. Guess we thought we had the habit hidden well. But feel proud of ourself for ordering that tea. In a few months time the waitress will be asking you if you want your usual. tea
