DD, I didn't read your original post, but you must have needed to say something important.

I just went back and found something I want to share with you. Some days I will post something very emotional and personal, and immediately regret it. But then I remember this advice. On my very first day here, I received this response from kuya and it has stayed with me. I still struggle with this. That's just my comfort level. But I am learning. Anyway, I hope you find this as profound as I did.

Isn't this beautiful? These words, kuya's words, were instrumental in getting me to accept that it was okay to be completely honest with others, and myself. In fact, it has been crucial to my recovery. Anyway, I hope you are doing well. And as available said - pour away whenever you feel the need. That's what we are here for.
