              thanks everyone didn't realise i posted it twice

              I just did it one day at a time
              I also did drink tracker to make myself accountable
              posting in here daily is a must ......and the friends you pick up on the way makes the ride so much easy

              I'm just so gratefuly to all of you

                  Well done Witts and here's to another 90
                  I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                  Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
