I think its called "Freedom"! I used to think I freedom was having the choice to drink. True freedom is cutting the chains that bound us to that crap that made us act like crap.....and then feel like crap.

I truly shake my head at thinking laying in bed all day watching Lifetime Movies...because that was all I could comprehend....was somehow a relaxing day.

It was so nice waking up this morning, not feeling guilty, being thankful that it was a beautiful morning and heading to the gym for a class. I am tired but it's because we didn't get home until late last night....not because I am hungover....BIG DIFFERENCE!

SF.....I can so relate to what you are saying about lying in bed watching LT movies and thinking it was relaxing...this made me LOL because I used to do the same thing. I would convince myself that I deserved a day of rest because I was tired from a long week....oh the lies and bs that we tell ourselves!
