      Quick check in that all is well with me. Red eye flight to Europe, shower at the airport and all day/night of meetings. Ready to fall into bed exhausted, and joyfully sober.

                            Forty days and forty nights, it's sort of biblical?
                            I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                            Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
