This is my first night into putting down the bottle. I feel really good and can see my future will be much better. Am thinking as I write this, 'why has it taken me this long'. The internet hcan offer everyone a helping hand with their problems. My problem was not realising it sooner. But you know 'every thing happens for a reason'.

It finally happened to me last night.

I am 100% with on being robbed by the liqour, it looks so good and innocent in pretty bottles.
I think AF September would be a great starting point, since I am on my second day of sobriety.

I am new as well I am glad you have found us here. I would encourage you to read some of the material here on the site and be sure to post frequently to the "Nest" thread. I post on it pretty much constantly, and I think you will find comfort in knowing you are not going about this alone.

I feel better physically and mentally than ever in my life, and I want others to be able to achieve the same thing. Good habits are as easy to adopt as bad ones, and you are off to a good start.
