I do have a quick question about where to post in the newbie forum.

Would I continue to post my story/journey in the nest .. or should I start an separate thread ? I dont mind posting in the nest .. it just seems like it would be hard to track any questions or responses.

The nest is a busy place, you can jump right in there and you can keep this thread going. Once you get used to the site you will find other threads that you will feel speak to you, and others perhaps in your age group or your area that you identify with more than others. Just keep posting, and keep reading. You're doing great!

clipped wings there are threads specifically for meds like baclofen and people who will know exactly what you're going through in terms of the meds themselves, you may want to check on that. Meanwhile congrats on your decision to quit, you will never regret it!

Dave, so good to see you posting! As you get to know the place, one thing that is very helpful to keep track of the threads you post on is to go up to the top of this page...just under the page number listings, find Thread Tools and hit Subscribe to thread. Then you'll be alerted on your email each time someone has responded to a thread that you have responded to. Makes it easier to keep up with a conversation!!
