Thank yiu samstone yes at least I can walk away. I'm really struggling today. More talks re redundancy and pay cuts. I'm clinging to my sobriety to get me through this. I know I won't cope well if I get drink. I'll fall too far to be helped back up. Feeling so stressed tho. It could be worse I know. It feels very heavy at the mo tho.

Friends drinking

So annoyed. My housemate is drinking again. She was drinking last night at home and is drinking again. I have to sit on the couch less than three feet away. She's bailed on the lease early so she can go travelling. She said she'd help me with my drink problem then decided to bail on the lease she knows I'm a alcoholic and is drinking infront of me again. We are not talking as we had a huge row after she said she was leaving. She seems to be drinking more than ever now. I'm so angry. She is beyond selfish. I stayed in my room last night but I won't do it again. Smell of wine is making me sick.
