Lifechange Day 5, slowly, but surely!!-- hi everyone!--good call, Skull. I wouldn't have included it either!
Londoner - Day 2 (had some powdered carbs post workout, but doesn't count as sugar in my world)
Skullbaby- Day 28. (Today being yet another Thanksgiving dinner, I will likely cheat and have desserts, but as I mentioned before, this has been planned for a long time. I'll be doing the same on Christmas Eve and Day. So I'm going to keep my count going even if I cheat today)
