    Roll call November 28

    Lifechange Day 5, slowly, but surely!!-- hi everyone!--good call, Skull. I wouldn't have included it either!
    Londoner - Day 2 (had some powdered carbs post workout, but doesn't count as sugar in my world)
    Skullbaby- Day 28. (Today being yet another Thanksgiving dinner, I will likely cheat and have desserts, but as I mentioned before, this has been planned for a long time. I'll be doing the same on Christmas Eve and Day. So I'm going to keep my count going even if I cheat today)

          14 days is awesome! Try one of your protein shakes as a smoothie with some frozen bananas and blueberries or have you tried the Lglut? I swear it does help. Or some dried fruit and nuts? I think if you can hold out, you should-- especially after the stress you've had. How did it go, by the way? You still have time to plan to cheat at Christmas! You'll have 30 days by then.. Let us know what you decide! You know we'll support you, whatever you choose to do!!:l

            Thanks for worrying about me. I don't really have much sugar cravings, however, a cheat meal/day is not an option for me.

            I did feel tempted by the smell of freshly baked bread. So bought a whole ciabatta and had it with a glass of milk

                        Hi Satz!! Allan created this thread so that we could keep track of our SF days. Here, unlike with AL!, it's possible for each person to decide on their own definition of sugar free-- depending on over all goals. For instance, mine is no sugar (but I allow a tiny bit of 85% chocolate, a touch of honey or maple syrup, fruits and dried fruits), no gluten (I include because I was noticing that I felt better without and that not eating it helped my sugar cravings). Most people have found it easiest to go cold turkey and that it does indeed get easier after a couple of days. There's the Sugar-free Challenge thread in General. Come on over!!! It's easier to do with the support of others, for sure!

                                Thanks Life! Though it should be reminded that I gave myself 3 cheat days of Thanksgiving merriment, including both gluten and sugar (and wow, did they throw me for a loop... I'll post about it in my Fitness thread). But, as I mentioned, those cheat days have been long-planned for, as will Christmas Eve/Day, so I'm considering my count still intact. Planning sure helps, people! I may have to get on that L-glut thing that people are talking about.
