Day 11 NS. New protocol seems to be working nicely and I believe I'm past the worst of sugar cravings. Now the big test will be if I can abstain from sugar this weekend at the big wedding/family reunion. I may just lie that I tried the wedding cake and oh how delicious it is blah blah but really not. I think it's easier if I just don't go there.
