Yesterday I had a pitfall- I knowingly ate two PBJ toasts with blackberry jam that included added sugar. 20g of sugar, bleh! I was a bit bummed but I figured, it could have been worse. I realized I'd been forgetting to take my L-Glut, and sure enough, cravings returned. Today, back on my fruit/L-Glut- a bit more than usual just to make sure cravings aren't too bad.
That said, I don't think my stumble was enough to declare a 'relapse'. so I'm continuing with my daily count as it is.
Today is day 17!
