Sugar Free Roll Call
Agree with NoSugar. Eating good fats such as avocado and coconut oils will help with feeling satiated.
As for me, feeling pretty good today. I made some delicious burgers yesterday including wheat-soy-gluten-free bread that actually tastes as good as real bread. Enjoyed that

Sugar Free Roll Call
Okay, back on this today after another dreadful weekend.
I have played havoc with my body - and this shows in my stools (sorry for the grossness). I know I am in good health when my stools are in good health.
So day 1 NS starting now. I am cooking up a large portion of bone broth - this really helps my digestive system and my general health from the vits/minerals in it and will have a large glass each morning.

AllanKay - Day 1 (we have talked about starting a roll call for Sugar so I decided to start a thread dedicated to a sugar free life )10/14/13: I am truly grateful for another day in this amazing life. I'm sober and mindful of every moment.

I'm Strong and in Control;1569948 wrote: I notice that I'm really craving sugar and useless white stuff (carbs), probably from alcohol withdrawal. I would never choose pasta or a potato in the past, and suddenly, it is all I want. Obviously, the members posting on this thread see a correlation - why "no sugar"??
However, many of the regulars on MWO, me included, have used sugar as a substitute for Al and developed an unhealthy relationship with it. I never really ate this much sweets until giving up AL Now I am more than a year sober and need to address this for myself. You need to chose what is right for you. Everyone has their own path to follow.
