    Feb 17th

    Londoner - Day 1 (needed some calories down me last night for todays workout, so stupidly ate a 500ml tub of ice cream and felt like absolute crap this morning. Almost felt ill and hangover-esque. Learning instead of reacting now. Back eating lots of proteins/veg today and back on track. The AL drinking Londoner would have binged all week on sugar.)

      Skull- Day 2 sugar-free (and gluten-free) after a binge weekend. Friends from out of town stayed with us for a getaway weekend and I let myself indulge in tasty and unhealthy foods. Especially since I didn't drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, I'm not feeling too guilty about the food. Now, back to a healthy Spartan lifestyle.

          yaaaaa...that sugar is a buggar...and the ice cream has sooooo many other destructive chemicals...although I eat it...dammit!

          One of these days...that sugar has to go for me....it hinders recovery

            Day 8 today for the obvious sugars, I am only too aware though of the hidden sugars as preservative, in bread and so on.

            I rarely eat bread but for some reason today really wanted bread, so I bought a fresh loaf and had some for lunch. I was overwhelmed with exhaustion afterwards lay down and woke up three hours later, fortunately I could do that.

            The more I eat things other than fruit and vegetables the less inclined I feel to drink lots of water, and that makes a difference too.

            It's all a learning curve!

              Keep at it Maji.....Its a process...Yes---a learning curve.

              I learned that we all change out our tastebuds in 21-28 days 100%...So?....once we are able to go clean for approx one month...you wont even like the taste of sugars anymore.

              Ive been off coffee for 9 months....Thank god

              Ketchup, mayo, most bread, etc---4 months.

              I still like my chocolate and ice cream but realize this too must go one day to get to being clean.

              My veggie intake is up approx 1000% since September and its key to warn off craves.
