I guess I will start to experiment with sugar substitute recipes, not artifical sweeteners though, honey... molasses... any suggestions?
I must admit I am eating less salt too, but ONLY because I am craving it less. Before I salted everything, now I could care less.
It really is remarkable how my body is reacting to be honest, it mystifies me why people are not talking about it all over the internet? Just stopping with the wine was not enough though, nothing changed. I had to stop with the sugar and voila!
