      Nurse, so glad you came here and owned up. That is a very healthy move and one that will increase our odds of success. Keep plugging away at your sobriety. It's a bitch to keep screwing up. I should know. I read recently that relapses are PART of recovery. One step closer to sobriety is where you are today. We can do this.

        I'm ok. Day 2. (For the 100th time). I feel depressed today. I have no energy or desire to do anything.
        There are things that need to be done and I feel like staying in bed.
        I will feel better in a few days I'm sure.

        Goal 1: 7 days :heartbeat:
        Goal 2: 14 days :happy2:
        Goal 3: 21 days :happy2:
        11/27/19: messed up but back on track
        12/14/19: bad doozy but back on track

            You are so much a part of MWO and we are so much a part of you- we will ALWAYS be here for you..you have perservered through many dark times and i see you always coming out on top.
            and remember, we need a good nurse on duty over here! Especially now that basketball season has started!

                How are you today Nursie?

                Remember that it DOES get easier. Yes, it's very hard at the beginning, but each day sober is a victory. Each craving fought is a battle won. You CAN do this, I have so much faith in you!

                Remember when we used to joke about kicking the waiter's ass at Olive Garden for offering us wine? Think of that next time a craving hits
