Fell off yet again

I'm not qualified to give advice, being on day 12 AF. But so far I've found this site to be a tremendous help, almost a crutch as you will. The folks here are supportive and encouraging. Even reading the other posts, seems to ring a bell every now and again that I can relate to, so it helps to know we're not alone and others have gone through what we have, have fallen but gotten back up.
I'm not on any Rx's or the supps, I'm trying this without them. So far so good, but who knows what tomorrow may bring.
