Sunny here and the autumn colours are glowing on the trees. Feel better after a good night's sleep, amazingly no bad dreams. It is wonderful how restorative sleep can be!

It's gorgeous here, too-- a bit warmer than yesterday and not as windy.
How are your stomach pains? Did the doctor give you any idea of what it could be? I sometimes have stomach/intestinal uncomfortableness-- but primarily due to stress and poor diet, I think. Usually a self massage and warm water bottle helps-- but pain? Do keep on top of that.Comment
