Hi Softy
Sorry to hear you're feeling meh.....
I am also on a diet as well as AF and sometimes I can feel, well... Meh..... A case of WTF - yeah like that.
On these occasions, I do have something I have been depriving myself on the food front....and it works.... And I have still lost 17 pounds in 4 weeks so it's not too damaging.
I think it can be a case of feeling deprived and feeling the need for a treat.
I hope you have a better day today xAF since Halloween 2016

PS - I also think it's your 'wine witch' talking...
'So you're 45 days sober, now what? Is this what it feels like? Is this it?!'. Don't listen!
I really recommend a book by Jack Trimpey - Rational Recovery.
I think that can change the mindset from WTF to TFFT! XAF since Halloween 2016
