    I'm in big trouble.

    BH - I feel so lost tonight. I was doing so well. I don't know what happened. My day started quite normally, and then wham!! That's it. Wish I could be more profound, but no excuses. At least no good ones.

        Okay - BH. Because I love and trust you - I will stop now!! I promise. i have about 1/2 a bottle of wine left, and I will pour it out. I know I don't need it. I can't believe I did this. Thanks for the love and support.

                      MR- just saw this...those months are not gone...not by a long shot!! And the self loathing I think butts it's head into our head to keep us stuck..that happened many times to me.

                      But it is THE JOURNEY MR...What else can it be really? That old shit djr, man I'd like to strangle him. ull
