Hi it is my first AF day today, doing the programme to the letter, with the supps, CD's and topamax. From this morning, I have had a real craving for nicotine, stopped about 6 months ago and been really hungry. Also metallic taste in my mouth. Can't be the topa cause didnt take the first 25mg until 5pm. Anybody else had any symptoms like this, and will they calm down or disappear. Can't say I have felt any different towards alcohol either, as I can always do a couple of days without so not major cravings, but would have been happy to drink and drink if I wasn't dedicated to this.
