i am on the same boat as you except I don;'t even have the guts to use that word to describe myself.
when I first joined this site I really thought I just had a little tiny problem with drinking. then after reading all the posts and taking a good look at myself. I realized that I have more of a problem than I originally thought.
i am thniking of also making an appointment with the doctor and getting some real help.
there is a lot of support on this site.
alcohol induced depression is awful to deal with alone, keep posting.
