Monday Almost New Month
I'm at the end of the month of April & have been keeping track of my drinking. I've done better than in the past, but I really want to be AF. This past weekend was filled w/parties, & while I wasn't AF, I didn't go totally overboard. That's an accomplishment for me. I really feel a new sense of purpose. I love the drink tracker. I need to see just what I'm drinking or not drinking. You all have been incredibly helpful. Thank you so much. The responses I got to my thread about hiding my drinking & bottles were so great. I'm not the only one who does that. I'll be on the site daily. Thank you all.Wisdom, Courage, Strength

Hi Teach,
Glad to see you are making progress - the drink tracker is a great idea - but you have to be honest!
You are certainly not the only one that used to hide bottles!
It was my 12 year old finding one of my stashes of empties that was the final straw that led me here.
Well done - keep up the hard work!

Reteacher- Glad to hear you are feeling positive. I love the drink tracker too. It is so simple but it really puts in front of you what you have been doing. I find it to be very encouraging to see all the AF days right there. My goal is to be AF also. I'm not there but slowly trying get there. Keep at it , you're moving in the right direction. Take Care!
