End of week 12

Bit disappointed to have my week ruined by a harsh gout attack which has left me in a lot of pain and facing the trauma of a full medical next week.

I have a 5k charity run planned for Sunday ( dressed as Santa ) which I now can't run but I have raised ?225 for Charity from sponsors, so I can't be beaten and I will walk it instead

Drinking days seem long behind me but with Christmas coming I am nervous

It is hard to visualise an AF holiday period

Anyway one day at a time and let's tackle today and not focus on the future

Yep me too but I am trying to formulate a plan...we are ushering at church so that will take some of the time...plan is not fully baked yet...but I am working on it..
Do you have a plan?? Maybe I can cheat off you.
