So great to hear from you - I'm still around from time to time. I've just been really busy traveling for work and for pleasure. I'm exhausted!

Hi UN, Mylife, and everyone else,

2014 is going to be an excellent year. I finished the DC marathon in just over 4 hours, a little disappointing but the crowd of runners was so large it was impossible to get a really good time. The course was amazing so I'm not surprised it's one of the premier races in the country. I have my list of races for this year and looking forward to getting some serious training in.

I won the election and was sworn in yesterday at noon. It's now official! It was a great swearing in ceremony, one I'll remember always.

Thanks ML, I know we have communicated before about this but I would love to find out what your take is on Panama and Costa Rica. I plan on going down in May and starting with Panama, going to Costa Rica, then meeting some friends that live in Nicaragua before returning. It's primarily a trip to see if I like the region for retirement. Your thoughts would be welcome, I think you went down for kind of the same reason. Take care everyone! Take care Un!
