My luck - I had been drinking at least a pint of wiskey per day sometimes 2 (was getting closer to 2). At the begining of December decided that Dec 31 would be my day to start AF so I had been trying to moderate got down to drinking only 2 days per week so the night sweats are gone and sleep is getting better. For me day 1 and 2 were worst. I had a lot of anxiety which in the past would make me drink then more anxiety and more drinking. Kind of like having a tiger by the tail you let go it might eat you or it might run away still hoping it runs away.
